Had a problem when I tried to renew our ST's because of no seating plan. We sit on the end of a row, but in seats 6 & 7. They had already sold the non existent seats 1 to 5 and said that we were no longer at the end of the row. Fortunately we sorted it and on Sunday we were still at the row end.
Can't be that difficult to draw up a seating plan. Could do one myself in a couple of hours!!
