well i thought it was200.000 not 150, plus you can ask for dispensations if you have players for example hilly on ong term deals.

Second bit is most certainly true and with restriction of trade all over the EU now how can a governing body say you have to only spend x now because we are relegating you. I dont know what the clubs stance will be. But I would be more than happy to ask Mr Spencer, Mr Lewis or Mr Wood how they expect a club to progress with a ball and chain 150K salary cap around their ankles?
