hes packed in the game, could this mean that wigan signing him would push them over the cap? or that joel tomkins isnt going to kick and clap now and that theyve offered him more money to stay at wigan and with doing could not fit him within the cap so that hes decided to pack it all in and parted on mutual terms?

obviously this isnt fact or rumour heard from others and without providing 'sources' just a thought?

ah right, thanks for the info, dont really go on there tbh, only went on there to see and have a laugh at their posters after all their bandwagoner's fell off the cart when saints dumped them out and everyone started to get banned,

to me most of them cant have a laugh and a joke and start to ban people so as i said dont go on and cant be botherd.

It's a good theory, but could never see anyone above 10th in the table wanting to take him on. Nothing special now,

i thought that to that no one above 10th would sign him, after all he is in his mid 30's (i think) and was a good pr move by the crusaders at the time, he did ok but wasnt anything spectacular, the main reason i thought this is that the bbc covered that he had signed for wigan along with harris as assistant, then the reports of kick an clap trying to sign joel tomkins came in, then thomas annouces hes packing in, just got me thinking and thought up this, obviously im more than likely wrong just wondered what you all thought.

exactly, haha, what a crap move, and also 'pr' shambles that was, must of been thinking 'oh great pr stunt this' then when it all turned to crap and realised he wasnt good enough even for an u18's/21's game (which ever it was) must of been sat doing this

at least they didnt pay him (from what was stated in the press)
