What's to stop you just signing as many Quota as you want and have a rolling registration depending on who's fit and who's in form. As long as you didn't field more than 5 you'd be fine.

Do they not look at potential loop holes before submitting laws in our game? It's a joke is this system as people have already said whats the point in limiting your overseas quota and then allowing a sort of rotation policy.

It's not they didn't close loop holes AFAIA... Worse - it's that they gave Hull KR special permission to be allowed to re-register Dobson. They allowed this whole scenario to occur fully aware of what would happen.

It's written in that any de-registering/re-registering "would require the full support of the RFL Board of Directors", presumably meaning any potential loophole has "manual override" and the RFL can close the avenue off by not supporting the application. But they did support it...

I'm quite happy with this decision as long as they don't let them re-register Mason. AFAIK this was always planned to happen at some point anyway once Mason received his dodgy passport, which is a whole new issue!
