Opta have returned to their more usual mean streak when awarding 'Try Assists' this week with only Ryan Hall's chip forward and re-gather qualifying.
Peacock's tackles, Diskin's missed tackles and Sinfield's indiscipline stand out.

| 4.67 metres per carry is not good enough from Bailey. He really needs to work on his attack.

| I know Peacock wants to be (and is used as the main forward) but that is surely too many drives

| Week in week out JP is head and shoulders above his fellow forwards – my concern is who will pick up his mantle should he get injured?

| It's almost got to the stage where it would have been for the best for JP to get banned to give himself a weekend off. The work he gets through is insane and you have to worry about him wearing himself out during the season, given he's not getting any younger.
The thing is, the other forwards are not bad players. During their time at Leeds, they have all had runs of games (some longer than others) where they have been excellent. The problem is, they don't need to be consistent, because they know JP is always there to take up the slack. The problem at the moment seems to be that he's trying to take up the slack for most of the pack. As I say, there are enough good forwards at the club to turn this around, but with Kirke now out, I do worry about JP's workload.
The penalty count stands out again. We give away so much territory through daft penalties. Come the end of the season, if this carries on, you've got to expect the players to suffer from the mental and physical fatigue that comes with doing so much defence in your own 20. Very worrying and it happends week in week out.

| as i have said from the start,we are two players light in the forwards. the guys are having to play more games and do more time. i can see them being shattered come september time.
with kirkes injury we are now desperate for a new face or two to come in.

| I wonder how many of Kylie's tackles were where he was third or fourth man in, only getting involved when the tackle was all bar complete?

Well we will find out this week. IMO we will struggle, especially if we are not given many penalties, because I cant see where the yards will be made.
Diskins tackling is abysmal, and he simply should be dropped with a stat like that. Not to mention that a dummy half when running with the ball should be making a fair few metres, his 3.4 metres per carry is wasteful.

| Haven't seen the game at all, but what did surprise me was that Diskin and Buderus combined carry total was only 9.
