I think Ben is like Gibbo, Halifax is in his blood, but it can't last forever.

Just spoken to Ben at home and its total crap. He has every intention of working for a contract at Fax for next season.

He's our best player. Must have another three years left in him. Great news.

Interesting the anti-tampering deadline for SL and the Championships is September 1st. Therefore any news about who is signing for next year would mean that a club has broken the Operational Rules regarding making illegal approaches to players under contract.

After the 1st, you can approach any player whose contract expires on 30th November of this year. Otherwise the anti-tampering rule remains in place for contracts with years remaining on it.

So either this is just a big pile of poo or Widnes are in a lot of trouble!

Needs to buck his ideas up then. What has happened to one of my favourite players this season? One of the best at taking on the line and pushing players off with the best handoff in the league. We have hardly seen it this season for one reason or another. Lets see a strong finish to the season eh Blacky.
