A fair comment BUT if you look at the Barrow teams played lately then our bench has been a little weaker than would have been liked. In order to sustain a challenge for the honours then im sure you will agree that once we reach the business end of the season the team with quality in its entire squad will more than likely come out on top of the pile. Injuries will take their toll on most teams this year.
I doubt Barrow are buying players just to stop others getting them. Andreus Bauer is a quality player who appears to be quite versatile - an excellent aquisition to the SQUAD if I ever saw one. Only time will tell though.

We only have would I would regard as a first team squad of 20 players - one of which is long term injured. I think there will be at least another 1 to come - and also the deal we have with the 3 Fijians could be back on again (they can sit their English course and exam shortly !). They have signed 2 year deals, so I think the BOD are hoping to get them over here for the last 3rd of this season/playoffs and then all of next season. Until they run out at Craven Park I won't hold my breath !!!
