I can’t help but feel that everybody at F.C. can’t believe their luck. With a good set of young props coming through and a chance to rake in a good pot of cash to offload ‘a troubled player’ it’s a win-win scenario!

I am loathe to criticise TS due to his experience and vast knowledge of our game. In my opinion the thing we are lacking in Rovers play is speed and intensity, plus we have hardly had a settled side, we have missed the enthusiasm of Lawler and Donno, lost Addy, now Lunt. We look lethargic and seem to play with an attitude of well there's always next weeks game we can win.

Huddersfield are no mugs. On paper look better than us. Agree with what you say about last night. Excellent defence when Huddersfield had the ball (especially at the start of the 2nd half, when they had about 4 sets on our line), and dangerous when we had the ball. Heffernan was outstanding in attack, Carney put in the hard yards, and though I'm not a massive fan of his Kavanagh had a great game.

Last night was a great team performance. And showed that there's spirit, belief and a togetherness in the squad. Wether that's enough time will tell, but as a fan it's great to see.
