it's a rumour that has done the rounds for a while, I wouldn't fault him for wanting to go to an ambitious club above us in the table with a great ground and a high average gate....that isn't Rovers is it?

Wouldn't balme any player from wanting to leave TBH. Forget about Omeley, we're going to struggle to keep hold of Moa and Briscoe. These are top class players who will want to win something during their career - no chance at Hull with the current setup!
