Actually no! Just change the title of the thread to "does the club have a drinking culture?" and then we can stop diverting practically every other thread onto how often how many of the team are spotted on the lash.

Now thats not nice is it...everyone has an opinion



i personally dont mind the odd friday night game but for people like me who's fiancee works weekends and having a young son who is in bed for 6 i am a bit gutted as i cant get to any home matches at all.

But you, like me, don't count mate.

I think we have to agree that fans have different circumstances so we will never all agree. I am personal a sunday man but thats me.

Lets look at what the club claims are the key reasons for the change

1)Longer Turnarounds between games
2)Better prep for the players

Well we have not seen the benefits of the above & with 4 wins out of the last 17, I find the position pretty hard to defend.

I think we can expect a split between Fri & Sun games next season.

Whilst I prefer Fridays I have quoted those reasons to people at the start of the season and chuckle to myself now at the irony of where we find ourselves. Having said that I'd be attending whatever day if I could physically get there.

Two reasons why we wont change back:

1) The corporate £1
2) it would mean admitting it was a mistake moving to Fridays, nobody from FC has the balls to admit that.
