I might be wrong but I don't think we have been told all the facts on the delays, wakey signed a guy after luaki and he's been here a month.

I don't think the truth can be too different to what's in the public domain, otherwise it would have been too risky to get politicians involved etc.

I also think it's unlikely that any large scale cover up would have lasted this long without being found out.

not a large scale cover up but maybe an admin error or something simple like that. I don't think luakis application is still in the first que, I think it's been re submitted, if he is criminally clean why should he wait a month longer than someone else who applied at the same office? I was told a while ago that Lauaki's agent had made a clerical error on his application and it had caused a delay. If true it would explain his case.

Crocker we know about anyway.

I'm inclined to point the finger at the civil servants and politicians involved myself.

I think, there is a guy at Sheffield,still waiting for his visa.

When will the knockers on here realise that the visa situation has nothing to do with James Rule ( he doesn't work for the government ). Things will happen when they do. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.
