Whitehead needs a rest because he's making too many errors atm but will come better.
Walker can fill in if Platt or Ah Van are injured with Whitehead moving to Second Row.
Bateman/Southernwood/Crossley/O'Brien can be played against either the 'lower' teams or the early stages of Challenge Cup |

We haven't see enough of Briggs yet in Super League to be impressed or unimpressed. Give the guy a chance!
The interesting one is centre. I think we all agree the Platt has got one slot nailed down now. But I'm not at all convinced on Ah Van for the other, he was much better on the wing for me. So it has to be Walker at left centre rather than second row.
Basically we've got more options at second row - with Elima, Whitehead, Olbison, Donaldson - than we have at centre.

We also have to remember that he has made the step up from the Championship to the Super League so that transition will take time as will the combinations with our core combinations. |
