Anybody know what hours the 'superstore' is open today and tomorrow?

Just tried phoning but there's no answer and no message to say when they're open/shut.

I assumed they weren't open when I went into town earlier today as they don't usually open on bank holidays.

I was wondering that myself.
Why can't we get simple things right like a message with opening hours or even - shock innovation - a website with the opening hours?

I've got to take a leaving KR DVD back as it sticks at 52 mins and need to know whether its open tomorrow.

Anyone with any info regarding opening hours over the festive season?
(As I live in warry, I'd be very grateful for the info as it would save me a wasted journey).

I'm sure Mac and Tony have a lot of things on their minds but its about time they got to grips with the store and the on line site. This should be making the club pots of money; not being an embarrassing joke.

What colour were they?

In one of the RL papers this week there was a moany letter from a Saints fan about the general rubbish communication over products (and just about everything else!) and a 'representative from Saints' replied, saying they are going to install new systems to enable punters to choose and purchase tickets online as well as improve telephone communication with the club, etc. So it does look like Saints are very aware they are rubbish in the communicating with their customers department and do have plans to make fixes. I suppose it's just a question of when, given everything else they have had to deal with since KR closed down.

It was pretty poor before the closure of the KR shop and I was hoping beyond hope it would improve. More fool me.

They were not answering the phone earlier i.e. 9.10 am and 10.15am. Wonder if they opened at 11am then?

I'm back in warry, will have to take time off work and go later in the week.

When Mrs G and I were in there yesterday there was only one poor woman serving and the phone was ringing but as she was away from the counter she couldnt get it, They dont haqve many staff at the best of times but on a bank holiday with the inclement weather i think we should allow for staff shortages and not assume incompentence , maybe illness etc plays a part
