I wouldn't have thought it was Hall's try, because to be fair it still took some finishing, he still had to beat the man.
Probably for Donald's try, althought to be fair, he also still stepped the man, but probably didn't need to do to score it. Like you said inconsistencies.
But wasn't it Sinfield that put Smith through for his also? but again he still had to finish it.
I am unsure that Ablett didn't miss a tackle, but if true pretty impressive stats. And also Bailey's amount of tackles is very impressive, I certainly didn't see him making that many, but all credit if that is correct. |

It was Sinfield to Smith but as it was arguable whether Opta would award an assist due to the work Smith still had to do to score I didn't comment on it. The McGuire ones to both Hall and Donald left the wingers with a similar amount of work to finish but all too typically they were dealt with differently by Opta.
Not awarding an assist to Donald for the Delaney try has to be a mistake. |

Bailey cleaned up alot in defence.
I'm not surprised he made that many. Looks about right from his workrate in the game.
More of a surprise to see TMFMISL miss that many in one game.
As for Abletts tackling, I was disappointed in the manner in which he went about them. Just soft in the tackle. He's by far not the only culprit mind. |

Still just under 90% tackle success rate which is there or there abouts with the rest of the pack. Least he put the volume and work rate in. |

Interesting that you picked out those two.
Take the one 50 metre run out of JJB's stats, and his stats are shockingly woeful. More so on the tackle completion which is worse than the two you mentioned. |
